Volunteers Needed for Soup-er Bowl Teacher Appreciation!

We’re planning our Soup-er Bowl Teacher Appreciation on February 4, 2026, and we’d love your help! 🥣🏈

We’re looking for volunteers to bring:

  • Slow cookers of soup

  • Cornbread

  • Shredded cheese

  • Crackers & soup toppings

⏰ Important drop-off times:

  • Soups: By 9:00 AM on Feb. 4

  • All other items: By Feb. 2

This is one of our staff’s favorite winter treats, and we’re so grateful for the support from our school community. Thank you for helping us warm hearts (and bellies)! 💙🦅

Volunteering is EASY and FUN!  YES!!  I said FUN!!  You get to see all the smiling faces and be around others who love the school and want to be part of what is happening just like you!!  

The easy part?  All we do is put you on our mailing list and send an email with upcoming volunteer opportunities!  We let you know dates and times that are needed - you will NEVER be asked to work an entire event.  Most shifts are an hour to maybe two hours, depending on how long the event is!  You get to pick the shift you want and the task!  

 

Why we volunteer:

When you help at our family nights, helping us come up with ideas or donating cookies, you're not just helping our school.  You are showing your own child of the importance of helping others.  And one day, your child, drawing from the memories of their parent, grandparent, guardian, etc., helping at setting up a family night or being part of our teacher recognition program, will be more likely to step and become a volunteer at their child's school.
